DOUBLE ECCENTRIC BUTTERFLY VALVE (ESJ) DN100 – DN2000 SERIES 13 PN10/16 Bareshaft with ISO Top Flange

Double eccentric butterfly valves are primarily used for regulating and shutting off flow in pipelines and have an operating temperature range of -20°C to 80°C.. Suitable for water, wastewater and sewage duties.
  • Size Range  DN100 – DN2000
  • Double Eccentric Butterfly Valve – Design complies with BS 593
  • End flange drilling is in accordance with EN1092-2 PN10/16
  •  Top flange drilling on the connecting bracket is in accordance with ISO 5211
  • Face-to-face dimension follows EN558 Table 2, Series 13
  • Testing Standard EN 12266-1  Seat 1.1 xPN   Body 1.5 x PN
  • Manufactured by our parent company, DuValCo
  •  Double Eccentric Butterfly Valves are designed with an offset disc and shaft to minimise seat wear and reduce operating torque.
  • The body is made from durable ductile iron, and the disc is precision-engineered for reliable sealing and long service life.
  • The double eccentric design ensures smooth operation and an effective seal with minimal friction.
  • These valves are suitable for clean water applications and have an operating temperature range of -20°C to 80°C

Characteristics

  • We coat all internal and external cast surfaces with fusion-bonded powder epoxy at a minimum thickness of 250 μm DFT.
  • Moreover, the WRAS-listed epoxy ensures safe use in potable water applications and meets BS 6920 water quality testing standards.
  • Finally, we apply colour coding for easy identification—blue RAL 5005 for potable water and red RAL 3001 for fire hydrant systems.
