We protect all cast surfaces using a fusion-bonded powder epoxy coating, applied at a minimum thickness of 250 μm DFT.

Furthermore, our WRAS-listed coating ensures safety in potable water systems and meets BS 6920 standards for water quality testing.

Additionally, we colour-code valves—blue RAL 5005 for potable water and red RAL 3001 for fire hydrant systems.

For ease of operation, we supply manual operators—cap top, handwheel, or bevel gear—depending on the valve’s size. Moreover, we offer automation options, including electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators, to meet varied application needs.
An ISO Top Flange, as defined by ISO 5210, standardises the mounting interface for valves and actuators. Therefore, it ensures compatibility across manufacturers by defining bolt patterns, shaft dimensions, and mounting geometry. As a result, you can automate easily and replace actuators without expensive modifications.
